2. What information we may collect about you
We collect and process the following information, which may include your personal data.
2.1 Information provided by you when using the Applications & Games:

Audio Data

AV Buddy will use the Audio record function of your mobile to sample incoming audio for the SPL meter. Audio is not kept or used for any other purpose.
Camera Data (AV Buddy Pro & AV Buddy)

When creating a site survey form from within “AV Buddy Pro”. The app will have to access the camera, only to use in the site survey form. The photo is kept on your mobile and not used for any other purpose.

When using the AR display tool included in AV Buddy. The app will have to access the camera, only to use in the AR display tool. If a screen shot is made by the user the photo is kept in their device.
Location Data (AV Buddy Pro)

“AV Buddy Pro” may request your Location data for a functional purpose. We may use various technologies to determine location, such as GPS, Wi-Fi or other network-based data such as IP address. Your GPS geo-location is not accessed without your consent. We do NOT provide your Location data for advertising networks and third parties. Location data is only used when creating a site survey from within the app.
2.2. Data used in relation to advertising:
We utilise several third party advertising companies to provide you with applicable advertising in the Games. These networks and we may collect the following:

2.3. Data used in relation to providing us with analytical data
We collect and analyse analytical information, related to how you interact with our Games. This information helps us identify any errors in our Games, and how best to focus development to make your experience with our Games better.
Personal data we may collect for this purpose includes the following:

3. Why we collect personal information about you
We primarily collect and process your personal information to make your experience playing our Games more rewarding. In addition, we also use your personal data to help monetise our Games.
3.1. To provide our Applications and Games to you.
We will use the data mentioned in section 2 to deliver our Games and the best experience possible. It’s important to us to provide you with this positive and rewarding experience.
3.2. To test new features.
When we implement a new feature in a Game, or making a change to an existing feature, we may include you in that test. By collecting analytical information on your continued Game play we can identify whether the change is valid and adds to your overall experience with our games.
3.3. To manage monetisation.
Our Games are primarily advertising supported. By analysing how you interact with our Games will help us understand where to place advertising, and the best placement/timing for these.

3.4. Help identify errors.
It’s necessary to collect various analytical information so that we can be proactive about finding and resolving any errors that you’re experiencing playing our Games. (For example, if there’s a bug in a game when you reach level 900).

We use aggregated information and analytics to help identify which group of users are most active in our Game. This includes but is not limited to:

4. Sharing your information with third parties
We do not share your personal information to any third parties. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If such an event occurs, we will either notify you directly, or place a notice on our website (www.koendigital.com) notifying you of such. As required by law. If we are required to do so, we may divulge your personal information to law enforcement or other government/enforcement agencies.

You can also withdraw your consent and prevent further data collection by deleting our Games.
6. Your rights
You have the following rights over how we process your personal data. We endeavour to respond to any request within 1 calendar month. To issue a formal request, please email enquiries@koendigital.com with your device advertising identifier.
6.1. Request a copy of any data or request a change.
You have the right to request a copy of any data we hold about you. Please note that we cannot provide you with any analytical information, as there is no identifiable link to an individual. We will however use all reasonable efforts to retrieve any information for you. If we hold any personal information provided by you (for example, your name) then you are entitled to request us to update this.
6.2. Request us to delete your data.
You can ask us to restrict, stop processing, or to delete your personal data under the following circumstances:

You’re withdrawing consent.

The data you have provided is no longer accurate.

There is no longer a need or legitimate interest for us to hold that data.

6.3. Obtain a programmatic machine readable copy of your data.
Sometimes you want to move your personal data. Where feasible we can provide data in a variety of different formats (depending on the storage location of the data). These include CSV (comma separated values) and JSON (JavaScript Object Notation).
6.4. Make a complaint.
You have the right to make a complaint to a supervisory authority. You should contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve your issue. You can do this by emailing: enquiries@koendigital.com if applicable, please include your device advertising identifier.
Reasons you may wish to do this include:

7. Retention of data
We retain your personal information on our systems for as long as reasonably required or as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.
8. Marketing to children
We do not knowingly advertise to children under the age of 13, or collect their personal information. In the unlikely event that we have (or you believe we have) collected information from a child, please contact us by emailing: enquiries@koendigital.com where we will take all necessary steps to purge the data from our systems.
9. Information security
We take security seriously. As such, we take all reasonable measures and precautions to ensure any data we hold is safe. These steps include limiting access to specific personnel and encrypting any data in transit or storage locations. Despite all of the precautions and preventive measures we take, no security system or precaution can be 100% secure. 10. International data transfer
There is the possibility of your personal data being transferred outside of the EEA (European Economic Area) by our ad networks. We suggest that you refer to the privacy policies of those third parties (listed above in this policy).
